This Restaurant Is Serving Up Bubbly With A Tower Of Fried Chicken Every Wednesday
National Fried Chicken Day is on the horizon, and The Flying Cock is making sure you’re all taken care of!
The Flying Cock, known as a rustic chic eatery with a lively bar scene, is back and is spreading its wings with a new summertime party with Birds & Bubbles launching on Wednesdays starting this week!
This mid-week hump day party launched just in time for summer and ahead of Fried Chicken Day (July 6th) as a fun way to catch up with friends over food and drinks in Murray Hill.
To lean into ‘the cock’ theme, the party will include your very own fried chicken sandwich tower with every row packed with fries, nine fried chicken sliders with shredded lettuce, sliced pickles and buffalo mayo, and sauces with your choice of ranch, chipotle mayo, bbq, ketchup. A bottle of Prosecco with mixers and liqueurs will elevate your bubbles with Aperol, Crème de Cassis, Elderflower, Mimosas, and Bellinis to make your own cocktail!
The tower will be enough to ‘feed your flock’ as it’s set up to be a gathering to suit 3-4 guests for $89, making Wednesday your new favorite day to meet up with friends.
Expect sparklers and lively music for the full party package experience.
In addition, guests can sip the new Pickletini, made with Ketel One Vodka and garnished with a pickle and chicken nugget. We love a good themed cocktail!
The party takes place each week on Wednesdays at 5:00pm throughout the summer.
