Ice Bumper Cars Finally Return To Bryant Park This Month For Wintry Fun
Winter in NYC can finally commence now that ice bumper cars at Bryant Park are making a return.
Beginning January 10th until Sunday, March 1st, you can hop aboard the frosty version of the amusement park staple at the ice rink. If you gravitate toward bumper cars while at Coney Island, you’ll love ’em in all of their winterized glory. Tickets are officially on sale!
Since the cars’ arrival in late 2019/early 2020, they’ve become one of the most sought-after features of the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park, and understandably so. (They’re fantastic!)
Although walk-ins are welcome, park-goers are highly encouraged to make a reservation. Rides are 10 minutes long within a 45-minute booking window. If you’re trying your luck sans reservation, slots are on a first-come, first serve basis.
A few more housekeeping tips before bumping and gliding across the ice: the attraction is available to those ages 7 and up, and only one person is allowed in the car at a time. Children are not permitted to sit on adults’ laps. You can secure your belongings within the car, but you’re not permitted to use anything (i.e. phones or cameras) while riding. Signed waivers are required.
To secure your time on the ice, be sure to visit the Bryant Park website. We’ll see you out there, but be warned: we take no prisoners. (Just kidding!)
