Founders of Hale & Hearty and Schnipper’s Are Coming Back With A New Soup Spot This Winter
Schnipper’s Quality Soups is opening up on the Upper West Side on Jan.7th. But don’t get it twisted; this ain’t their first time cranking out soups to the masses. This soup haven is from the founders of the beloved chain Hale and Hearty and Schnipper’s!
Schnipper’s Quality Soups will offer various soups and keep them fresh with seasonal ingredients and comforting soups. In addition to daily soups, it will feature rotating specials, sandwiches, salads, and juices!
“We’re beyond excited to return to the soup business,” says Andrew Schnipper in a release. “Coming back to the location where we started our careers is special, not only for us but also Schnipper’s fans who continue to reach out to us since we announced our soup opening. We can’t wait to share our updated versions of the beloved soups New Yorkers crave.”
New Yorkers will remember Hale and Hearty Soups, which had multiple locations across the city from 1990 to 2006. Schnipper’s, known for its yummy sandwiches and burgers, opened in 2009 and has two Midtown locations.
Schnipper’s Quality Soups will be here just in time for the harsh winter weather. The location will be on 849 Lexington Avenue. It will have us saying “You can’t eat this soup while standing, your knees will buckle!”
