Harlem Festival of Culture

The Harlem Festival of Culture Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing the Harlem Cultural Festival. The original Harlem Cultural Festival was a series of music concerts held in Harlem in 1969 that celebrated African American music and culture and promoted Black pride.
The Harlem Festival of Culture Foundation is committed to reimagining the Harlem Cultural Festival for the 21st century. In July 2023, the foundation will host a three-day festival in Harlem that will feature indoor and outdoor music concerts, influencer dinners, moderated discussions, and film screenings. The foundation also plans to provide economic development opportunities for Harlem businesses.
Harlem Festival of Culture is pleased to announce discount General Admission and VIP tickets for Harlem Residents. Parking is first come, first serve – limited attendee parking. We highly recommend public transportation or pedestrian access. Ridesharing services restricted to drop-offs only. Vehicle pick ups prohibited.
