When describing the macabre exhibit, director and producer Roy Nachum said this:

Dark Matter examines the role of darkness in art history. Revealing how the subconscious uncertainty and the unknown has shaped artistic movements and expressed cultural anxieties
across time… The exhibition is a mirror to our fears and fascinations with the unknown.

The visual experience will only stay open through October 30th, so you’ll want to catch it before it disappears!

Roy Nachum is an experimental artist and co-founder of Mercer Labs, alongside partner and visionary developer, Michael Cayre. The pair created Mercer Labs and its 15 exhibition rooms to explore the unique relationship between art and technology.

The entire space takes over 36,000 square feet for an all encompassing experience with 8k projections, infinity rooms, robots and omnidirectional sound.

Also on view at Mercer Labs is Nachum’s inaugural exhibition, Limitless. This evolving work considers the relationship between narrative and abstraction to paint the world in a new perspective.
