The Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights Show Will Dazzle With Six Animal-Themed Lantern Trails & Much More
The Bronx Zoo Holiday Lights will return for the 2024 season, and we’re certain you’ll adore this festive celebration of the Animal Kingdom.
One of NYC’s best zoos will ring in the holidays with lantern trails of creatures from all over the world — Africa, Asia, America, and the oceans, to name a few — immersive light experiences, sweet treats, ice sculptures, a holiday train, and much more. If you were looking for proof that NYC does Christmas like no other, consider this it.
The winter extravaganza will include a few new additions for the year, including six 12-foot interactive trees, illuminated flowers, and snow and bubble machines to add the perfect touch to the already dazzling atmosphere.
But there are a few returning favorites as well, including the Enchanted Sea in Schiff Family Great Hall, which features LED swings, interactive floor projections, and interactive ocean-themed light panels that will make you feel as though you’re under the sea. Let’s not forget about the Instagram-favorite walk-through Light Tunnel, which is always a Christmas card crowd pleaser.
The festivities begin on November 22nd, 2024 and tickets range from $41.95 to $46.95 for adults, $26.95 to $31.95 for children ages 3-12, and $36.95 to $41.95 for seniors. More information is available on the Bronx Zoo website.
In the meantime, don’t miss out on the Bronx Zoo Pumpkin Nights — the second-annual spooky sensation is perfect for the young and young at heart. If you’re looking for more holiday light sensations, Letrik will debut in Queens this year. Sign up for the waitlist online.
