Tonight marks the very first presidential debate between Vice President, Kamala Harris, and former President, Donald Trump, ahead of the November election. It was originally intended to be the second meeting of President Biden and Donald Trump before Biden announced earlier this summer that he was stepping out of the 2024 presidential race.

The presidential debate is happening on Tuesday, September 10th at 9pm ET. The two candidates are coming together for the event in Philadelphia at The National Constitution Center.
