Skydives, Train Rides, & More Events Celebrating April’s Rare Total Solar Eclipse
A rare total solar eclipse will blanket much of western and upstate New York in total darkness next month on April 8, 2024, and there are tons of festivities happening for the big event!
Scientists, experts, and astronauts from NASA will be putting on programming and exhibits in Niagara Falls for the big day, and one airline is even taking to the sky to give viewers a front row seat to the phenomenon.
But even more extraordinary events are being held around New York for the cosmic event, from festivals to train rides to even skydives! Here are some awesome events happening for the total solar eclipse:
