Those Born On February 29th Can Visit Hudson Yards’ Edge For Free On Their Birthday
Edge NYC, the largest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere, is rolling out an exclusive offer for visitors born on February 29th!
This Thursday, Edge is letting anyone celebrating their quadrennial birthday to experience NYC like never before–from 1,131 feet in the air. And the best part–it’s completely free!
Guests born on February 29th can head to the Edge box office on Thursday (Level 4 of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards) and show a valid ID confirming their birthday to receive a complimentary ticket.
Edge extends out 65 feet from the 100th floor of 30 Hudson Yards, and its outdoor viewing area features a breathtaking (but slightly panic-inducing) glass floor, angled glass walls, and outdoor skyline steps from the 100th to 101st floors.
Those looking to get their hearts racing even more can also check out City Climb, the highest external building climb in the world. Located atop the sky deck, City Climb lets guests scale the outside of a 1,200+ foot supertall building before leaning off the edge at the top of the skyscraper.
After you’ve soaked up the stunning views, we suggest heading to Peak–Edge’s restaurant and bar located on the 101st floor.
